Feedback or support
There is a Feedback button in the top right corner of the screen on every page.
If you encounter a problem throughout the screens (you want to fill in something but it doesn't work, you get stuck, it is not entirely clear what you need to fill in, a result seems strange to you) you can use this feedback button.
The helpdesk will then receive a message and can solve your problem/answer your question with an immediate link to the page where the problem/question is asked. This gives us a better view of the functioning of the tool and we can further improve its user-friendliness. We try to answer within 24 hours.
You can also contact us directly for a more general question regarding, for example, a demonstration, lecture... via the contact page.
